How to Set Up Email

Step 1: Navigate to Email Settings

  1. Go to Email > Email Configuration.

  2. Select Office 365 Integration.

Step 2: Connect Office 365 Account

  1. Click Connect Account and enter your Office 365 credentials.

  2. Follow the prompts to authenticate and grant necessary permissions.

Step 3: Sync Emails

  • Once connected, your Office 365 inbox will be synced with the ATS.

  • You can view, send, and receive emails directly in the platform.
