Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Admins should go to the Settings module from the main menu.
Step 2: Open Matching Parameters
Click on Master View → Select Matching Parameters.
Step 3: Assign Weightage
Provide weightage to each parameter (location, education, experience, salary, skills) such that the total equals 100%.
Step 4: Save Settings
Click Submit or Save to apply the changes.
